Femi Ademola is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of AIICO Capital Limited. He is a seasoned Finance and Investment Professional with over 25 years of work experience in finance and investment.

He has expertise in Investment Banking, Investment Research, Portfolio Management, Strategy, Economic & Financial Analysis, Audit and Financial Advisory, Credit Analysis, Risk Management and Commercial Banking.

Femi holds a degree in Accounting and Finance, an MBA from the Lagos Business School, a Master’s in Actuarial Science from the University of Ibadan)], a MSc. Finance (Economic Policy) from the University of London and a PhD in Finance from Babcock University. He is a CFA®️ Charterholder, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS).

Prior to joining AIICO Capital Limited, Femi held several managerial positions including as the Group Executive Director at Cordros Capital Limited, Managing Director/CEO at BGL Capital Limited and Head, Credit and Marketing at Wema Bank Plc/National Bank Limited, amongst others. He also had a stint at accounting practice with Baker Tilly & Co (Nigeria), formerly Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co (Chartered Accountants).
