System Liquidity: Liquidity rose 40.52% to c. ₦7.09trn, but the CBN’s OMO sale pushed the average funding cost up 32bps to 20.59%.
Treasury Bills: Sentiment was soft ahead of the NTB auction. The average yield fell 1bp to 17.85%.
FGN Bonds: Trading was calm with a bearish tilt. The average yield rose 6bps to 15.76%.
Foreign Exchange: The naira gained 0.06% to ₦1,330.87/$ at NAFEM and 0.73% to ₦1,360.00/$ in the parallel market.
Nigerian Equities: Profit-taking pulled the All-Share Index down 0.16% to 250,273.50 points.
Eurobonds: Yields fell as U.S. Treasury yields eased. The average fell 12bps to 7.62%.
Commodities: Gold rose 0.72% to $4,160.09/oz, while Brent fell 2.02% to $98.29/bbl.
